Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and serviceable locations within India. Final availability is shown during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on location, courier reach, holidays, and PIN code serviceability.
Are products real gold?
No. Gridaan sells artificial, imitation, and fashion jewellery only. We do not sell real gold, real silver, diamonds, precious stones, bullion, digital gold, investment jewellery, or precious metal products.
How do I track my order?

Can I return or exchange jewellery?
